SOMATIC RELEASE CLASS: THE SAH METHOD

This class is fun yet powerful. Lesley is a wonderful teacher who will guide you through powerful affirmations and movements that will give you a wonderful physical and emotional release. You literally feel like you have shaken the world off your shoulders
